Caleb and his assistant arrived just after 12:30 pm, removed and replaced, 2, upstairs, gas water heaters and were on their way just before 3 pm. Prior to work, they put down tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up well after completing the job. When I commented on how quickly and efficiently they competed their work, Caleb informed me they have multiple water heater teams who only install water heaters. While some companies may prefer the Jack of All Trades approach, in this case, the Master of ONE seems to be working out fine for Baker Brothers and their clients.
Very happy with Baker Bros. and their work. We called late on a Thursday afternoon as we ran into an issue with a broken offset flange while replacing our horribly installed (by builder) toilet.They had an appointment for us the next morning and Andrew showed up ready to help. He answered all of our questions, gave us a couple of options, and then showed us his work as he went to make sure we were happy with it. Overall, a very good experience, so we decided to go with them for their maintenance plan. Very highly recommended!!!
Initial technician that came out for initial evaluation was very nice and helpful. However, the person who came out to do the actual job left without notifying us that our drain was damaged in the process of him declogging our tub. He also left a mess which was easily cleaned. But would’ve been nice to know I needed to get the drain of the tub replaced prior to him leaving. Called and spoke to company after realizing it and no offer was made for reimbursement or discount. Only thing that was offered was for additional technician to come out at a later date for another evaluation under warranty. Very disappointed with the service provided.
For starters the technician came 2 hours early. I have never had a plumber come early and I’m 79! He was neat and clean and spoke like an engineer! He confidently took care of my problems checking the main line first. His name is Ashton Rainwater. Highly recommend!!
Baker Brothers was great! They came in and helped us repair and service some much needed plumbing and AC tune up needs. Alberto and Kelvin were very professional and respectful. Alberto found some issues with the AC and explained everything easily for us to understand and the repair price was very fair. Kelvin was also amazing on the kitchen sink, garbage disposal and toilet repairs/replacements. We are so happy with our new porcelain thrones and the garbage disposal works great! We even purchased the family plan which is a great buy as it pays for itself for major repairs and replacements like we had. Thank you Baker Brothers! 😊
