We noticed immediately when we walked in that great care is taken to keep the facility clean- it did not smell like animals at all. Everyone was friendly and let us know what to expect. Dr. Bixby was very thorough and spent enough time with us and our dog to do a thorough exam and answer all our questions. I especially liked that we were given a written quote before we decided how we wanted to proceed. We ended up going with everything he recommended because the prices were very reasonable. Very happy with our experience, and we feel our dog has gotten really good care here. I think Lucy actually enjoyed the visit too.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the Metro Paws Team. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were incredibly patient and helpful every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure Sadie and Dio received the best possible care, and to make sure I felt informed and comfortable as well. It’s so clear how much they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. I’m incredibly grateful for the care Sadie and Dio received and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough care.

Excellent location. I came here based off other recommendations and was not disappointed. They took excellent care of my sweet fur babies. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have any issues booking an appointment and the reception area is big enough if you have your animal(s) there is room for space. Make sure you have your animals in a carrier or on a leash as they won’t allow them inside if not. The vet techs were kind and had no issue explaining the medications my animals had to be on and they were very gentle with handling, especially on the scale. They will take the time with you and assist with any questions you may have. I will add that I found them costly, but maybe that was due to the entirety of the check up and medications.

The entire visit is 5 stars or more if I could give. I switched vets after 3 years due to location change. I was recommended this hospital, and I myself would definitely recommend others after my visit here. They took care of my best friend Diesel and made sure everything was well him. They made us feel very welcomed and I loved the attention they gave to Diesel. The appointment was fast, and Gabriela was amazing. She was very detailed and filled with knowledge. I appreciate the amazing service from everyone at Metro Paws. Thank you for taking care of Diesel at his visit.

I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else to say goodbye to my 10 year old boy. The staff were so kind and gentle with my boy, the doctor did the procedure with kindness and love. Everyone made sure I was ready and gave me time to say my goodbyes without any rush. I am so thankful for them. You don’t know how much he meant to me. Thank you for making this sensitive time very special to me.
