The front staff, Bre and Clarissa, were very unprofessional. I was running two minutes late from the time I informed them of my situation. My mother is 87 years old and needs extra time to get ready. Given the time it took to pick her up and get her to her appointment, we fell behind schedule because she requires special attention. I was alerted about her visit only one day before and did not receive the proper paperwork until 49 minutes prior. These two ladies should reconsider their roles in the medical care field if they lack the patience for this type of patient. They didn’t even offer to wait for us to be seen.
All the folks at Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Therapy at Kessler Park are the best. Bobby works hard to help me with my mobility. I feel like I am doing much better since I started there. Everyone is so friendly and happy. It's a "family" affair.
1) Convenience. No big hospital parking garage, valet parking, etc., just pull right up to the front door and walk in. 2) Friendly people. Miss Clarissa is all smiles and exudes the right touch of warmth and formality to present the facility in a positive light. 3) The therapists are also friendly and knowledgeable. With me and others they have developed a positive rapport. 4) Strongly recommend this facility.
Danielle actually touched the spots that were painful unlike the hospital docs, she's very accurate and detailed in her work. Highly recommend.
Had an excellent therapist Kris Chinnery at the Baylor Scott and White on Colorado. The exercises chosen helped ease the level 10 pain that I was experiencing. I'm glad I chose this facility. The front desk personnel was friendly and interacted with patients, making them feel valued. Thanks again!!
