I absolutely LOVED Metro STL Bounce! Tom contacted me and was so nice and helpful, then Chris was who did the drop off day off and he was also incredibly nice and helpful. He answered my questions the day before and the bounce house was a HIT! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
What a great company! We've used them multiple times and they are always professional, friendly, helpful, responsive, and have wonderful bounce houses!
We had an excellent experience with this company! They waited until the last minute to see what the weather would do, no deposit or cancellation fees. Showed up on time, brought their own hoses and electrical cords, set up the bounce house/water slide, cleaned it, and taught me how to adjust the water. Then they showed up the next day on time to take it all down. My daughter’s party could not have gone better!
The guys at metro STL bounce are wonderful I had to book my baby girl party from a different state. I received my invoice for requested items and Chris responded in details about the yes and no's. My baby girl was so excited with the frozem bounce. These guys deserve more than 5stars for politeness, being promptly with time, cleanliness and reservation requests. My baby girl had so much fun for her 5 birthday June 8th backyard house party. Thanks Guys🤩🤩
