I finally made it out there to the bodybuilding mecca of our times. The legendary MetroFlex Gym where Ronnie Coleman trained. You've seen it in all his videos. His training partner is still running the gym. Talked to him for a little bit about the legends current and past who came through there and it's a significant list. It's a hot gym cooled only by big fans but it was a great experience to work out there if only for a day. Highly recommended if you're a gym head.

Met Ronnie Coleman at metroplex Gym he was very friendly and took pictures and he signed lifting belt.

Legendary spot and super friendly people. You can squat at the same spot Ronnie did his 800lbs squat. You can just feel the history emanating from the place. Got a few shirts as well. Just amazing experience.

One of the best gym I ever visited. Real old school hardcore gym with great atmosphere. Making gains here are guaranteed! I will remember the experience I gained here forever.

This is definitely one of my favorite gyms to workout, as the atmosphere makes me want to hit it harder than I have anywhere else! The equipment is hardcore, and definitely a place for the like-minded individual. The owner is a great guy, and this place has such a great history! Many big names frequent this location, to which I have had the pleasure of running across multiple times. This is the reason I come to Texas once a year and it is worth it!
