Sacrificing the already limited dancing space for makeshift VIP booths, leaving people to resort to dancing in the walk ways and overcrowding in front of bathrooms and bar space. Beautiful venue otherwise.

Went to their Zoolu32 EDM event after the Endymion parade and had a good time, but a bar staff member was being weird and a bit rude about giving my friend her phone back that she lost and a security guard found. Besides that, I liked how they have a pretty decent sized space outside where you can just chill if you want to take a break from the rave.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We showed up for the Alison Wonderland concert expecting a great night, and it was the complete opposite. The event was supposed to start at 8 PM. We arrived around 10 PM only to find out Alison wasn’t going on until 2 AM — something that was never clearly promoted. On top of that, we had VIP tickets and were told after entering that there was no re-entry. This was never mentioned at the door and wasn’t stated anywhere on the tickets. So we were basically stuck inside for four hours with no option to leave and come back. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the whole experience felt very unprofessional. If there’s an artist you really want to see, I’d honestly recommend finding a different venue. This place completely dropped the ball.

They hosted an EDM Dubstep artist and security threatened to throw us out when we started to jump up and down to the music. People were smoking indoors in the Hip Hop room and security didn’t care at all.
