I paid extra for both the interior and exterior of my car to be cleaned. When my car was finished, the interior had not been cleaned at all—it was barely vacuumed. There was still paper between the seats and crumbs in the back of the car, which clearly shows the interior was not properly cleaned. The exterior appeared to have only been run through the machine wash. I was very disappointed, as the service did not match what I paid for. I notified the manager and explained that the work was very poor. He offered to have the car cleaned again, but I did not have the time, and I do not live in the area, so returning was not an option for me.

I paid extra money to have the exterior of my car. Detailed and cleaned properly.And b, they did not do a proper job. $50 went down the drain.

I've been needing to get my car washed, but when I dumped a HUGE rootbeer all over the drivers seat, floorboard and carpet, I knew yhe time was NOW. I didn't want the entire interior shampooed, so they only did the driver's side, and at a reasonable price. I didn't have to make an appointment, which many other places required.

Nice cae wash here, but they have a very unprofessional employee that likes to tear Christmas wreaths off of customers car and half dry others. It's not a good look for a good car wash that does a great job . Having a disgruntled employee isn't a good look, and word of mouth is getting around fast about his temper tantrums on customers' vehicles.. other than what was mentioned, I will not be returning due to what he has done to my vehicles, there was a witness to him pulling off the Christmas wreath.

This car wash did a good job on my car. The price paid was higher than quoted but that's okay. The inside was done and out for $15.99. I was offered something to drink and the car wash men were very friendly.
