I called on Thursday looking for winter formal dress for my daughter for Saturday. Madison went above & beyond to help us find the perfect 🤩 dress for LuLu & she was able to overnight the dress to ensure it was delivered in time for the event. We need 2 more dresses & I will definitely call Madison again to help me find the perfect dress thanks!
Wife ordered a dress that had all kinds of shipment delays and cancelation of tracking numbers. Dress arrived with defective zipper. Contacted customer support often during shipment issues very delayed replies no call backs when leaving voicemail. Online agents were rude so we requested a refund and they refused. All around poor experience dont use this company. 10/06 Order placed confirmation email stated I’d receive shipment date when item restocked 10/24 Email advised dress would ship 11/7 11/07 I emailed for shipment info none provided Later that day email said delays & promised expedited shipping 11/11 Still no shipment or tracking 11/13 Email said dress just arrived & would ship via 2-day air 11/13 Made 3 calls & left voicemail no callback 11/15 No dress arrived 11/16 Tracking showed cancelled sender voided I emailed for explanation 11/17 Called no answer Emailed again noting dress arrived defective & requested refund 11/17 Email explained original label was cancelled & new one created for expedited shipping Refused refund citing final sale terms despite defect 11/17 I reiterated defect & requested refund 11/17 Email claimed dress was new & inspected dem&ed photo/video proof 11/18 I sent video & photos showing issue 11/19 Email said evidence insufficient claimed zipper likely caught dismissing defect Requested more proof 11/20 Email again denied refund offered exchange only 11/20 I replied will return dress but want refund not exchange due to poor experience & defective item Your statement claims shipping was straightforward and label only voided for upgrade, but your Nov 17 email says: “The original shipping label was cancelled and a second label was created to expedite your order.” This was never clearly communicated, causing confusion. On Nov 16, I wrote: “It now shows cancelled due to sender has voided this tracking number. Can I please have some explanation?” This contradicts your claim of transparency. Your statement also claims I refused to return the dress. In reality, on Nov 20, I wrote: “We will return the dress as requested; however, due to these circumstances, we do not wish to continue doing business with your company. Therefore, we are requesting a full refund rather than an exchange.” I did not decline returning the dress—I declined an exchange. Summary: Your public statement misrepresents key facts. I met all documentation requests and communicated promptly, yet faced delays, unclear updates, and dismissive responses.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! I had already purchased a dress for my daughter and long story short needed a new one. We found the dress of her dreams was available to try on at this store. Unfortunately it’s a 5 hour drive and we were never able to make it down. The dress sold but we decided to order it anyways. Based on her pervious sizing of a 0 and the measurements from Sherri Hills website we had no concerns that the dress would not fit. It arrived on a Wednesday (dance was that Saturday) and it was 5 inches too small on the top. We called numerous seamstresses in town and no one could help us. I figured all was lost, but the shop owner went above and beyond for us. She talked to her rep and was able to get a dress delivered by 10am Saturday morning. The top fit perfect. The bottom was slightly large and the chest a little big (nothing some inserts couldn’t fix) but you couldn’t even tell with the way it fit. My daughter and I cried when we got the dress. It was beyond perfect. She looked like a Disney princess. Will definitely use this shop in the future 😊
Absolutely horrible company to work with and will never order again. The dress I ordered I was genuinely so excited for, I had plans to wear it for a wedding, even matched my partners suit to this dress. The dress I received? Nothing like what I ordered, color was off, super cheaply made (leftover thread, uneven/sloppy stitching, the paper flowers were shoddily sewn on in places not advertised), and for a $350 dress I expected a lot more. And for a designer dress I expected designer level quality. I tried to communicate with the company about this issue first, took it to the BBB, and they claim that because they didn't make the dress, they shouldn't be held responsible for any issues. Please be warned about shopping from them- they sit on a very high horse and do not care about customer satisfaction.
