The reviews for this were all over the place so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Ultimately, it’s everything it claims to be, nothing more, nothing less. We did the 1-hour 3pm ride on the last Sunday of winter break so it wasn’t busy at all. We had completed our waivers before we arrived so check in was quick and easy. We booked directly on their website the day before which was also easy. They provide goggles and helmets, but I highly suggest bringing a scarf to wear over your nose and mouth or buy what they sell. We came with one pair of goggles so only one of us had to use theirs, which were fine. The ATV is fully automatic so no gear switching needed. Just accelerate with your thumb; very easy if this is your first time riding. The ride itself is a little boring - you’re basically riding in a line, and according to my Apple Watch, our average speed was 8 miles an hour, although I was able to pick up a little speed every now and then. I used to ride when I was younger so this was a chill nostalgic ride, but it does make you wish you could go faster, even for a bit. If you’re unfamiliar with the Redlands, you ride through some farms and fields. On a nice day, it’s a fun addition to an afternoon of lunch and an activity in the area. The toilets are port-o-potty’s so just know that going in (maybe bring a roll of tp just in case), but there are plenty of sinks, and there’s even a “shower” area so if it’s a hot day and you really want to wash off and change after your ride, it’s possible. Also, I initially considered the 2-hour ride but the one hour was plenty. I paid $120 per person and they took a $50 per person deposit which was refunded after the ride. (If you’re worried about an extended hold on your credit card, just bring cash for the deposit and they’ll hand it right back to you when you’re done.) Also, they airdropped a couple pictures and videos they took while we were riding. Nothing major. But they didn’t hold him hostage pending a five star review like what I read in other reviews. So I guess maybe they’ve changed the policy.

The experience was worth it. Walk in with stink on my shoulders but the tour changed my whole mood. Adrian was a great teacher and NeNe was an excellent ATV driver. Anyone looking to go ATV, or if you got the bank for it, come here. You will not regret it.

I had such an amazing experience with Miami ATV Rentals! From the moment I arrived, the tour guide was so helpful, welcoming, and incredibly nice. He went above and beyond, never hesitating to take tons of pictures and videos for me, which I really appreciated. The ride itself was peaceful, calming, and just what I needed. I felt comfortable the entire time and truly enjoyed every moment. I would definitely book with them again, highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing adventure!
