My daughter and I were seeking out a new and special way to celebrate my wife's birthday. Upon investigation, we came across Miami Boat Charters. I had never chartered a yacht before and had no idea about the process, or even what questions to ask. Giana was extremely responsive and helpfull. She provided a number of yacht choices and helped us select the best yacht for our budget and the type of experience we were seeking. Miami Boat Charters arrranged the yacht charter and coordinated the hiring of the captain and crew and helped coordinate with an experienced caterer. They helped plan the route of the excursion on Miami's Biscayne Bay and coordinated with the captain to recommend memorable spots for anchorage, photos, meals, and relaxation. It was a process that was so much easier than I'd ancitipated. The service was great; the yacht that was provided (a Dyna 63') was perfect for the experience we wanted to create; the meals (and drinks) provided by the caterer were excellent; and my wife and her friends enjoyed an unforgettable afternoon/evening! This is the 2nd time I am renting a yacht from this great company! Cruise was amazing as always! Crew was fabulous! First time around we rented a 86ft and yesterday a 62ft yacht. Both of them were in immaculate conditions! Be careful reading all the 1 Star reviews, you can tell they are fake and it’s a very competitive market. They will do anything to destroy good company’s reputation! This company is nothing but Amazing! Thank you once again for great experience:) see you soon again!

Giana was so responsive and very helpful with all of our questions. The whole charter experience was beyond our dreams! The boat was beautiful and we had so many options for the water sports. Captain Frank and crewman Don were wonderful! Super accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time! We loved everything and would recommend Giana and this charter to everyone. If you want to have a great time in Miami book with them! We will be booking with them again in the future! Can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! The views, the water sports - the Big Mabel, the Sea Bobs, the jet skis, and of course - the amazing service by our tour guides Captain Frank and crewman Don!!! The best part about my Miami vacation!! Would do it all over again!!

My experience with Miami Boat Charters was wonderful. Giana was very attentive and answered all the questions I had. I definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.
