Have been here 3 times. Twice to repair the screen of my phone and once to change the my computer's hard drive. It has always been a great experience. People are very friendly and honest. Expectations of cost and what can be done are clear. Of note, I was referred here by Best Buy's Geek Squad when they could not provide a service that I needed.
