I contacted Michael Anthony's Mobile service today concerning multiple issues my laptop was having. Best experience ever with a computer repair person. He updated my computer with all problems I was having. He is professional and yet personable. This work was done remotely through anydesk program. The price was very reasonable. While service was quick and friendly, I wasn’t quite happy with the resolution. I took in my iPhone to get a cracked screen replaced. It was replaced with an LCD screen, the colors all had a greenish tinge, and my battery was draining enough that I had to recharge my phone 3x to make it through the day. While I understand that higher quality screens come with additional cost, I would have gladly paid the cost if offered options. I ended up having to buy an oled screen myself and replace it anyways, in the end having to pay that cost too. Next time, I’d rather just do it myself than have a subpar phone screen.

Michael is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I reached out to him, he was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I had water damage on my laptop, and Michael took the time to thoroughly inspect and diagnose the issue. His expertise really shines through, and his quick turnaround time—just 2-3 days—was impressive. The diagnostic fee is $75 in cash (there is a small card fee, so it's worth bringing cash if you'd like to save a little), but it’s totally worth it for the level of service you get. My repairs were $200 total so it was very reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is his customer-first attitude. After fixing my laptop, I ran into a minor issue, and Michael was quick to address it, honoring the 30-day warranty without hesitation. He genuinely cares about helping people and providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Michael for anyone needing computer repair—he’s skilled, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure his customers are happy.
