While service was quick and friendly, I wasn’t quite happy with the resolution. I took in my iPhone to get a cracked screen replaced. It was replaced with an LCD screen, the colors all had a greenish tinge, and my battery was draining enough that I had to recharge my phone 3x to make it through the day. While I understand that higher quality screens come with additional cost, I would have gladly paid the cost if offered options. I ended up having to buy an oled screen myself and replace it anyways, in the end having to pay that cost too. Next time, I’d rather just do it myself than have a subpar phone screen.

My repairs were $200 total so it was very reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is his customer-first attitude. After fixing my laptop, I ran into a minor issue, and Michael was quick to address it, honoring the 30-day warranty without hesitation. He genuinely cares about helping people and providing top-notch service.
