I had a very positive experience with Michael & Associates. Monica handled my case with professionalism, clarity, and care. Allen was extremely helpful and responsive as well, making sure my questions were addressed and that nothing fell through the cracks. Kaytlyn and Lori were amazing throughout the process!! Lori was always on top of anything we needed and Kaytlyn is a great lawyer, they were also always very attentive and available to go over all of the details of the case. It’s especially nice to have a legal team that is easy to get hold of and somehow enjoyable to talk to despite the heaviness of the legal situation. I received everything I was promised in terms of service with Michaels & Associates! My attorney, Ms. Kaytlyn Knowles was extremely attentive to all my questions and concerns along with way in the process. Her prior experience in the County District Attorney's Office was beneficial in handling my case. She put me at ease and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her paralegal, Ms. Loribelle Tan, was also wonderful to work with as she kept me well-informed of all my upcoming court appearances and other information, along with getting messages to Ms. Knowles. They are quite the team! Everyone I dealt with at Michaels & Associates was fantastic from my initial interview, my ALR hearing, court appearances, communication, and resolution to my case.
