Having Michael as my realtor was an excellent experience from start to finish. Him as his team were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or explain the process clearly. I was stress about buying my first home, but he made everything feel smooth and easy, we even close our house in less than 2 weeks!!! He gave me honest advices, and most inportant to me, he was teaching me while the process was going on . From negotiations to closing, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for someone reliable, responsive, and honest, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Michael Bacelo and his team at eXp Realty were amazing from start to finish. We moved from Vero Beach, Fl to upstate NY and had never sold a home before, so we were completely overwhelmed and did not know where to start. Our friends gave us Michaels information and he replied right away when I reached out to him. He came over and discussed the current market with us and we came up with a game plan to sell our home as quickly as possible. Within only 4 days our house was under contract. Michael was always there for us to answer any and all of our many questions. I have already recommended Michael to several friends and family. His work ethic and communication are top notch, he really went above and beyond to make this the easiest experience we could have possibly had selling our home. Michal was amazing with staying in touch with me for 2 whole years while I built my credit. He walked and talked me through it all!! And if it wasn't for him, I'm not sure if I would have ever been able to buy our 1st HOME ❤ He became family! When we are ready to sell and get bigger. Mikey is the guy we will be going with for sure!! He is very sweet and trusting. He never made us feel rushed or pushed! Always answered my calls, questions and texts right away!!
