I love the gallary, but it's never open. It lists hours of only 1-5 pm on Google. I've been by twice in the past two weeks and it has not been open. I tried calling and the mailbox is full. I don't know what's going on, but I wouldn't make the trip to visit.

I went back to Michael Fine Art and spotted a wall hanging that I have been looking at for some time. Joseph Ritz offered me a very fair and doable price for the piece and I purchased it. Joseph told me that the price included delivery and installation ion since the piece was so large and heavy. The piece was delivered yesterday on time as it was scheduled. The Delivery Team was very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. the piece was perfectly installed and I am very happy with how it brightens up my room! Professionally I am a retired Police Officer and now work as a Private Investigator. Michael Fine Art Gallery in my professional opinion is an outstanding find and I will continue to do business with them after I buy a larger house with more wall space!

One of the purest and most straightforward instances of the lack of correlation between money and good taste.

Updated Review: I’m updating my original review to reflect that the owner of Michael's Fine Art Gallery reached out personally to address our concerns. After I shared my experience, the owner responded thoughtfully, explained his sourcing and delivery process, and worked with us toward a resolution that felt fair. I genuinely appreciate his willingness to engage directly and resolve the matter in a professional way. That effort does speak to his commitment to customer relationships. That said, I still believe our initial concerns were understandable. We were told the chandelier was made in Italy with Venetian glass and that a silver version, new in the box, would be delivered. It arrived unboxed, and the finish appeared different from other silver fixtures we had seen in the gallery, which prompted a closer inspection and raised questions for us. We’ve chosen to keep the chandelier and move forward, and we’re glad the situation was handled constructively. I would simply encourage future buyers to ask detailed questions about origin, finishes, and packaging — and to request documentation in writing when making significant purchases. I do appreciate the owner’s willingness to stand behind the transaction and work toward a solution.
