We always had good experiences with staff at Michael Hill before but recently we had one unfortunate encounter with Amber. She was very impolite and did not help us make the proper decision with regards to the items we were buying and later when asked about the price breakdown in our invoice, we had a rude encounter.

We were shopping for wedding rings and the young lady helping us was personable, she asked questions, talked to us and asked about our story. She was engaging, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the engagement ring at Michael Hill and didnt go anywhere else to shop for wedding rings and Im so glad we didnt now. The experience just felt right and we walked away really happy

Bought a pair of travel earrings at this lovely store. The staff are sweet and supportive, always letting you know when new stock arrives. They’re happy to help with your selection and never rush you. Though the store isn’t very large, they offer a good variety. Plus, you can get a discount by signing up for their newsletter!
