We worked with Michelle to both buy our new home and sell our prior home and Michelle and her team made both as easy and pleasant as possible. She helped us curate our offer on our new house to give us the best chance possible and sure enough with her guidance we were chosen. She was receptive to our picky criteria and was smart about her approach to recommending which ones we should look at, and very patient with us when we were indecisive or didn’t communicate as well as we should have. And to sell our prior home she gave wonderful advice on how to make it marketable (landscaping, staging, what was worth doing to make it more marketable and what was not) and sure enough it sold quickly and the whole process went smoothly. In general she also educated and explained everything to us throughout both processes. We could not recommend Michelle highly enough!
