Kasey was amazing! I went in wanting to go from dark brown hair to my natural white hair. She explained the entire process, asked lots of questions, and really understood the emotional side of such a drastic change. Yall! This is the best hair experience I’ve ever had!! I walked in and was immediately greeted. My stylist had to leave so the owner, Mickey, stepped in and killed it! I am so indecisive with my hair and as soon as I sat down he told me exactly what I should do and I couldn’t be happier! I have nothing but compliments on my hair and it feels so healthy. The customer service was out of this world and everyone seemed to love being there helping people look their best. Will definitely be back and taking my daughters with me next time!
I’m new to Lexington, Kentucky and desperately needed a Brazilian Blowout. I am beyond thankful to have found Mickey Salon. Aubrey did an absolutely amazing job doing my blowout. She was so detailed and provided incredible customer service. You will love her and this gorgeous salon!
Kasey cut my hair and it was amazing. I feel like that pretty much covers it. It was a great environment, no crazy strong smelling products or loud noises, really kind and talented people. I showed my hairdresser inspo pics and she DELIVERED. Not overpriced, and I honestly felt like royalty there. They do free bang trims too! I’m definitely coming back!
My mom saw a local news station anchor's coverage of the new Japanese Head Spa service at Mickey's Salon and she bought me a Gift Certificate to try it. She said she thought I would like the "vibe" of Mickey's from what she saw on the segment. And was she right! I was warmly greeted and felt incredibly attended to the entire visit. The owners were on hand to help me find products that would work with my allergy to synthetic fragrances. My spa session with their esthetician Gina was impeccable. She was extremely communicative, kind and talented. If you are someone who loves to have their scalp and face massaged, this is for you. It's so relaxing and blissful! You get your hair washed, your scalp gently scrubbed and moisturized, a mini facial, scalp, face and neck massage and an aromatherapy scalp steam. There is a halo of running water that moves up and down your scalp. And you even get to see your scalp up close on the camera so you can see the condition before and after. I had a little bit of dry scalp in spots but by the time it was over my whole scalp was healthy and glowing. And as if that all isn't heavenly enough, then you get to sit and have a blowout. I highly recommend the service, the staff and the salon. 10/10.
