Took my Porsche 718 Boxster in to Memphis Autowerks for the 1st time this morning. Staff are personable, knowledgeable, and don't push unnecessary maintenance upon you. Work performed was done very well and at a fair price. I will be a repeat customer

The manager Brandon did not have an appointment available for a month out but made room for me the same day I called and got my car in and out super quick. He always has the best customer service and here is another lady that works there who is also the best, but I am not sure what her name is. They are both very professional and polite! The gist is, I highly recommend this place!

Went there on 02/23/24 for the first time to have my 2018 Mercedes Benz C-class AMG oil changed. The receptionist Madison was very friendly, engaging, and professional. They even offered to wash my car (I guess it’s customary) but I declined. The reason I declined is because my lazy self had already washed/ detailed my car 2-days prior. In conclusion, I recommend this company!

Very professional, knowledgeable trustworthy, and excellent customer service. I bought a used car and after 5 months On my first visit, I went to get my oil changed and was told I didn't need an oil change yet. Great, they washed my car and I told them, I would come back. A few months later my battery light came on early one morning. I called Autowerk and their truck was due in by 2 p.m. with batteries. Called other companies to get a replacement but no one could help. At 1 p.m. they called and told me to come in their batteries had arrived and they worked me in, so I purchased a new battery. They took very good care of my battery needs within an hour. I was very thankful because my nerves were on edge thinking my car might just stop on me anytime. I went to Mercedes Benz of Memphis by 10 am to see if they had batteries and they couldn't work me in for 4 days. I am glad the Autowerk battery was less. Madison the receptionist was so nice and helpful.
