Been coming here for a few years and had positive experiences. Unfortunately my last experience was poor. I made an online appt at 9:15am. I showed up at 9:10 and found the door locked. Signage indicated they didn't open till 10am. I figured there was an error in the scheduling system so I'd get a coffee and wait till 10. I came back at 9:50 and was told by the barber that he had been there at 9:15 and hadn't seen me. I was told I missed my appointment and there was no time to cut my hair before the next appointment. I explained the situation and was told they the only time they could fit me in was at 5:30pm. Frustrated at having waisted an hour and now being asked to come back again, I went to another barbershop. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Haircut was overly priced they did a style I did not ask for I don’t think they have experience with African American hair at all I do not recommend nor your children
