They sit you down in the dentist chair for 45 minutes for a really careless super brief "cleaning". I switched dentists and then realized how unprofessional this place was. All the five-star reviews are because they ask people to leave a five-star review right at checkout!! they use tricks like promising you’ll be entered in a laptop raffle if you give them a five-star. That buys them enough time as most people don't change their review hoping they win a laptop if they wait. I still have no clue how they are allowed to do this.

Huge shoutout to Emelin at Midtown Family Dentistry. Super nice and make you feel comfortable immediately. It’s rare to find someone so gentle during a clinical visit while still being so thorough and informative. She turned what my brother expected to be a stressful appointment into a great experience!
