I have done taekwondo here at Midtown Martial Arts for 6 years and I have gained friends, social skills, manners and much more. It's been really fun and hardworking. I've won trophies at tournaments and made friends from all over.

Midtown martial arts has been my home away from home, and has helped develop my character for the better. In my time here I’ve had numerous opportunities to grow through friendly competition with my class mates. My understanding of taekwondo has been fostered and deepened because of the excellent instructors at this school, and I will forever be grateful for my decision to go here.

These kids are getting more than “karate” at Midtown Martial Arts. The instructors are teaching their students how to respect themselves and others. They are teaching responsibility. They are teaching kindness and also seriousness. White belts are treated the same as high level black belts. The amount of grown men and women coming in fresh as a white belt says a lot for the school! Come see for yourself! Would highly recommend Midtown Martial Arts.

My daughter has been learning and practicing here for a little over a year now. The Tosh's really do have the students best interest at heart and want to see each and everyone become not only good martial artist, but good human beings. All of the instructors here are excellent! It's an amazing environment of structure, support, and family.

The instructors here are amazing. They're patient but firm. They want you to have fun while you learn. We tried out a karate class before we went here. There was no structure. I felt the instructor was just there to make money from the class and go home. Then we found Midtown Martial Arts. We were amazed from the first class. The instructors worked with our daughter one on one to make sure she understood the basics. If the student isn't grasping something, they will stop to explain. They demand respect and keep control of their class, which is what we wanted for our daughter. She has so much fun, loves it here, and so do we.
