Cassi with Midtown Mutts is incredible! In one short session, she was able to teach our two dogs, and us, a secret handshake to gain control of our reactive rescues. She is so knowledgeable and helped us understand why our pups are reacting. It completely changed our way of thinking and our approach. She's so calm with animals and clearly knows an incredible amount about breeds and dog behaviors. We have been able to enjoy our walks, our home, and life. We are so grateful to Cassi! We started working with Midtown Mutts after adopting a new dog from Bradshaw in spring. I can't recommend them enough. We started with an in house training and evaluation and have been attending the group class with great results. Our dog loves all the trainers there, but a special shoutout to Joanne, who our dog absolutely adores.

I love this place! It was really important to me to find a trainer with a focus on positive reinforcement. My big dog is a nervous guy but he’s slowly coming out of his shell in group classes. They’re a good chance for him to practice his commands in the proximity as another dog and it’s good for him to know he won’t have to interact with them. They’re great about giving different coaching tips based on what drives your dog.

Highly recommend the team at Midtown Mutts! As return to office has added more and more days per week, we searched high & low for a reliable dog service. Driving to one of the various doggy daycare options didn’t fit in with our schedule so we were pleased when we found Midtown Mutts. They offer 30, 45 or 60 minute dog walks which enables Georgia to get out of the house mid day to relieve herself or smell a different patch of grass. The staff is fantastic and we love getting the detailed after visit summary. They know Georgia and are aware of her idiosyncrasies.
