We had such a wonderful experience at Midtown Mutts, and I can’t say enough good things about Ciera! She groomed Obi, my 3-year-old Old English Sheepdog, and did an amazing job. OES coats aren’t easy, but she handled him with so much care and skill—he looks fantastic and was so happy when I picked him up. Everyone there was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about the dogs as if they’re their own. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Ciera.🐶💙

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and professionalism shown by the team at Midtown Mutts. My dog Daisy, an 11-year-old rescue with a long and difficult past, is not the easiest client for any groomer. She spent the first decade of her life in less-than-ideal circumstances, which has understandably left her with some anxiety and sensitivity—especially when it comes to grooming. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the calm, welcoming environment and the genuine warmth with which Daisy was received. The staff approached her with patience, compassion, and a clear understanding of canine behavior, especially that of older dogs with trauma histories. It was evident they weren’t just providing a service—they truly love and respect the animals entrusted to their care. The grooming itself was flawless. Daisy came out looking beautifully groomed and, more importantly, unruffled by the experience. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care and attention she received. In a world where rushed, impersonal service has become far too common, Midtown Mutts stands out as a rare gem. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not only skillful grooming but also a team that treats every dog as if they were their own.

Recently, I had the pleasure of bringing Pickles, my bichon-cockapoo mix, for a grooming session with Evie, Amber, and Gabby – a trio of incredibly talented and caring groomers who turned this experience into one for the books. From the moment we stepped in, the welcoming atmosphere made both Pickles and me feel right at home. The staff took the time to understand Pickles’ needs, from his haircut preferences to ensuring his ears were thoroughly cleaned and his nails trimmed to perfection. But what truly sets this place apart is their attention to detail and creative flair. Pickles was given “The Works” – the full spa treatment – and came out with not only a pristine, perfectly fluffy coat but also a blue mohawk in the color of the Honduran flag! It was a bold and fun choice, and I must say, Pickles has never looked more fabulous. The team at Midtown Mutts doesn’t just groom – they pamper. Pickles wasn’t just another client, he was treated like family. Each of the groomers, especially Evie, Amber, and Gabby, were gentle, kind, and truly committed to making sure Pickles had the best possible experience. Their artistry and love for animals shone through every step of the way, leaving me with nothing but praise for their work. I cannot recommend Midtown Mutts enough for anyone looking to give their pet a luxurious grooming experience. Pickles is strutting his new look with confidence and joy, and I owe it all to the fantastic team at Midtown Mutts. Took my boy to Midtown Mutts for his first deshed bath at a grooming salon, and I am so happy with how pretty he turned out! Staff is super friendly and was very patient with my anxious boy! I highly recommend them!
