I had just finished a rehab on a property in Frankfort and needed a quick turnaround cleaning before listing it for sale. My go-to cleaner in Louisville recommended Mighty Tidy, and I couldn’t be happier with how it worked out. They gave me an estimate within 12 hours and had the whole place cleaned and ready for photos and showings less than 24 hours later. As an investor, that kind of responsiveness and quality makes a huge difference. The house looked great and was ready to hit the market right on schedule. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

I’ve had house cleaners consistently for over 10 years now, all different ones because of lots of moves. 100% this is the best house cleaning business I have ever found. They are so thorough, consistent, and so fast for how amazing of a job they do. Pricing is very fair because of how great of a job they do! I’ve had a few of the different cleaners come and they have all seriously done such a great job. 100% recommend. 5 plus stars.

My husband hired your company to clean our home today as a thoughtful surprise for me. Unfortunately, the real surprise was coming home to a house that still needed to be cleaned—by me. Given the many positive reviews, I was expecting a high standard of service, but I was left extremely disappointed. The floors were streaked with a white film, the baseboards—though marked as cleaned—were still visibly dirty, and dust remained in several corners and along the door trim. Our home was already in decent shape, so this shouldn’t have been a difficult job, yet the results were underwhelming. While the countertops and appliances looked fine, those are areas I could have easily handled myself. I was hoping to return to a spotless home and possibly build a relationship with a reliable local company I could also trust with my office cleaning needs. Instead, I ended up spending my evening redoing the work I expected to be done professionally. I’ve attached photos that highlight just a few of the issues I encountered. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services and would not feel comfortable entrusting you with my office space.
