Mark was phenomenal. I just moved down here to Lubbock and was looking for a car wash place to call home. After speaking with him at the booth, not only will I continue to go to this but I told him to get me on one of the monthly plans because his customer service was so good. Car wash was good as well. Definitely recommend.

Always love going here and they always have the nicest employees. I totally forgot the guys name(maybe mark?) in the booth but he was super knowledgeable and super kind. I’m come here often for a business vehicle that other places turn down, but mighty wash never lets me down!

Mark is the best, he knows all about the car care needs. He’s super friendly and very approachable. I’ll definitely be using this car wash because of him. More people need to be trained like him.

I just moved to Texas and needed to find a new go-to car wash. Mark Lopez provided excellent customer service from start to finish—personable, friendly, and genuinely informative. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I understood the options and felt taken care of. He’s clearly the best employee for this job, and his professionalism makes Mighty Wash stand out. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Mark if you want top-notch service!

Came to Lubbock for a baseball tournament and my car was pretty dirty so I came to mighty wash and these guys were awesome gave us some goodies and had great customers service. Thanks Mark and Jace definitely appreciate it and recommend that you come by if you’re in the Lubbock area. Thanks again for such a great customer service Mark and Jace. Surrounding areas need to take notes.
