Recently, I lost a beloved Halo bracelet, which unfortunately is now discontinued. The excellent sales person I reached by phone was able to work with me to procure a reasonable replacement. She couldn’t have been nicer to this older analog client who still prefers to purchase over the phone as opposed to online. There is a definite reason I have been a Mignon Faget customer for four decades! 🥰

I would like to compliment, Michele Agid, on her wonderful professional service. I had a Halo Bracelet order that I returned via mail for another size. I wasn’t sure that my package had returned safely to your business. I called the Magazine St. store and she graciously took my request for acknowledgment that my items had been returned. She forwarded my inquiry to Customer Service. I was contacted by email, shortly thereafter, to let me know that my new order was on its way to me. Customer Service also let me know of the delay on receiving the new Chambray Halo Bracelets mid January. Very Helpful! I saw Michele in the Magazine St. store on December 24th. I have been shopping for my wife at Mignon Faget since we lived in New Orleans in the 90’s. The unique and beautiful designs never fail to provide great gift choices that are always received with enthusiasm, becoming special keepsakes that people always notice (the Hive collection is a favorite). We always stop at the shop on Magazine to browse when we are in N.O., always find ideas for gifts. The staff there is wonderful, Arlene helps me at the store and over the phone, always a 5 of 5 stars.

Long time Mignon Faget fan, but don’t shop in store a lot. Our last in person visit was so nice. There were 3 of us and everyone was very nice and helpful. Renee took great care to answer all our questions and was very patient with us as we looked at several things l, changed minds, and even special ordered. I have my wish list for next time.

Needed a gift for a friend birthday who lives in New Orleans. Being late, as usual, I didn't have time to place an order for shipping to arrive. I placed a call to the Magazine location and Renee was super helpful in assisting me with electronic order. It was super efficient, took less than 2 minutes and my friend was able to pick up her gift. Thanks MF you're the best!
