Overall, our experience was top notch! We were able to complete a very large move in 13 hours! Mike took the time to come to our house prior to the move for the estimate, which I would highly recommend instead of having an estimate done over the phone. He was able to very accurately estimate how long it would take and what size crew to make our move happen in one day! All of the movers that we worked with were excellent! Terrific customer service and even helped us with a couple of additional items. They were very friendly and took the time to do a walk-through at the current house and then at our new home to ensure they knew where every room was. They kept everything together, so that unpacking has been easy! Specifically, I would like to recommend the following individuals for movers: Cory, Nathan, Aaron, Devin, Tyler & Tyler, Kent. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
We had a five star experience with this company. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend choosing Mike Hammer for your moving needs. The owner came out himself to give us an estimate. Their estimate was clearly laid out and accurate. They called us a few days prior to our pack out to see if there was anything else we needed. The packers and movers were so friendly, professional and hardworking. They ensured our floors were protected while moving. They did an excellent job packing our items so they wouldn't break or scratch. I couldn't be more impressed with how efficient they were. We have moved 12 times and I have never seen anything like it. Thank you Mike Hammer for the best move we have ever had!!!
Can not recommend Mike Hammer enough. My move was supposed to be just a few items as I was moving out of a five bedroom house to a small two bedroom apartment. It ended up being much more as we decided to have a lot of items hauled to recycle. Nick and James worked so hard, never even taking a break and didn’t complain when the job took almost eight hours. My furniture arrived in perfect condition as every piece was carefully wrapped in padding. Thank you so much for the OUTSTANDING service.
Great moving experience and I would definitely use them again. Jake was super easy to work with and was extremely helpful in setting up my move. Jeremy and the team were great! They took extreme precsutions to ensure all my belongings were handled with care. Not a single complaint from start to finish. Highly recommend. 10 out 10
We had the best experience with Jeremy’s crew, and we highly recommend Mike Hammer Moving! They were on time, super professional, very prepared, had all the right supplies and moving expertise (packed the truck like a game of Tetris), and were very friendly. Moving just naturally involves work and stress, but these guys were such a blessing and made it a much easier process. The crew told me they do both local moves and cross-country moves all the time.
