The owner charged me 95.00 plus tax to put some refrigerant in and after just 3 months of driving the car just a couple times a week and running the AC seldomly the car started blowing warm air. I brought it back & his service guy said I needed a new evaporator. And it would cost 1200.00 so I left the car in my garage, as I have 2 cars, for 4 months and finally went back to remedy this and told them I don't think it's the evaporator and can I get more Freon because you didn't put enough so the owner gets mad and reluctantly refills it but stops after 5 min and says that's all it can take. So I believed him and drove off and it lasted only 2 weeks. Warm air again. So I was in O'Reilly's one day and saw this ac refrigerant kit and bought it for 40.00. refilled the AC and it's blowing cold for almost a year and a half so far. This guy is a phony liar. He may seem nice but he will screw the unsuspecting. Try the AC kits first before you spent an arm and a leg.

My mechanic could not figure out why my A.C. was not blowing. I called Mike and he immediately knew the problem. He changed the evaporator. Couple of months after that it was blowing warm air. He completely took the dashboard apart and identified the problem and did not charge me anything to fix it. He is a man of his word and he is the authoritarian on A.C.

The extended warranty for my 2017 Chevy Colorado had expired so I was looking for a trustworthy repair shop. Co-workers provided a few repair shop options of which I reached out and got a couple of replies. I called Mike's AC & Auto Repair last and had a conversation with James. I told him that I had paid the dealership $225.00 to diagnose the problem, but wanted to find a repair shop that could possibly repair it for less than the dealership. James was honest, accommodating, gave a firm quote based on what I had been told the problem was and was available to see my truck that Saturday which worked out great for me. I brought the truck in at 8:30am and received a call that it was done by 2:30pm... I was very happy! Fortunately, the thermostat was the only problem. I walked away feeling good about gaining this relationship with someone I felt I could trust!

I’ve been coming to Mikes AC for the past 8 years. Mike has fixed multiple cars of mines over the years. Sadly Mike passed away in 2024. He was a terrific honest guy. However he left his business in excellent hands! James is their top guy and he has fixed my van twice in 2025 (2 separate things). James is honest and trustworthy. The price is ALWAYS reasonable and they get the job done correctly. I definitely recommend Mike’s AC and I always recommend them whenever my friends or family are having ac issues.

I've been taking my car to Mike's Auto & A/C since 2015. The owner has integrity, honest and is straight forward. I say this... because I took my car to multiple places to get my A/C fix. Every place I took my car to review/checks it said, it will cost me several hundred of dollars and take a week to fix. The owner, checks my A/C refrigerant and found the cap was missing. He filled my refrigerant and provided the plug for the tank. Barely cost me anything and took 30 mins. I was so surprised. He knows his stuff! Since then, I've exclusively took my car here. Got everything and anything fixed by him throughout the years...my condenser, my driver side window, tail lights, and A/C. The owner tries to accommodate people the best he can. Most times I can call and schedule my car service, the day before. Sometimes it's a week out. They fixed most of my car problems within a day, while others request a couple days and charge alot. Whether it's an hour wait or a couple hours, you can use their waiting room / office. They provide coffee, water, and comfortable chairs. I highly recommend this shop, just note certain cars cannot be repaired here. Call and check with them first.
