Someone had hit my car and I needed an estimate and repair. They made the process very easy going, and got the job done in great timing! My car came back to me cleaner than I had brought it too! Definitely will be back if I need it.👍

It can be intimidating as a lady without any real knowledge about cars to find yourself at an auto repair shop with certain expectations from how you've been treated in the past. Rich completely changed my opinion on this. Not only was he communicative and set expectations very early on, he was kind, polite and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. I was informed of timelines throughout the entire process and he readily accommodated me for the pick up date and time. The results were stunning and my car looked better than it had before. I can't really say enough out this place and Rich's team. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend this place to anyone who likes quality work and wants to be treated like a human being. On a final note, even the shuttle bus driver that took me there from the rental pace had lovely things to say about Rich so it's not just me who has a great opinion of him!

Rich was very friendly and professional. He was very informative with what was need to be done to my car. Rich took care of the rental process. The repair work was excellent and the turn around time was very quick. I would highly recommend MC Auto.
