So i purchased a living room set for my mom and once i realized it something’s was missing although i was upset because it was a Christmas present for my mom i just wanted to say the the delivery guys made me happy they came back to pick the sectional up for a replacement and noticed the problem right away offered to put it together add the missing hole to put legs on seen how happy my mom was is amazing Mikes did yall BIG ONE FOR THIS 🩵 you guys made her day without waiting until after the holidays that’s supper customer SERVICE SKILLS YOUR DELIVERY 🚚 GUYS ROCK IN MY BOOK 💪🏾 happy new year

The customer service here is top notch, there is always someone who is motivated to be there and they will always help you find what you are looking for for the lowest price possible. Everything is priced very reasonably as well! They offer home delivery for both furniture and the appliances so there is no worry about transporting your purchases. There is a vast amount of furniture, appliances, and home goods offered here, you’ll most likely find something you didn’t even think you needed or wanted here! Incredible store, would highly recommend for anyone looking for low prices on both furniture and appliances, as well as home goods!

Just bought two king beds sets... Excellent quality.... The employees are nice, knowledgeable, passionate and very very helpful. To he honest, I have been purchasing their merchandise since the 90s. I think the majority of the people from the projects got stuff from here also.

I went into Mike's to see how the business has updated itself and was very impressed. I have been searching around for a bunk beds and wanted to see what Mike's had available and loved the prices. I took pictures because I'm buying this as a gift to someone else and I wanna make sure they accept it but as I was shopping I saw a dishwasher and bought it on the spot with towels also. Manager Mr. Bob assisted me along with salesperson Lidie. They were both very personal. I will continue to promote good business is like this. I previously purchased here Stove with microwave and refrigerator. I'm still using them and they have lasted at least 10 years. I send people here that want a little more for their money.
