Poor workmanship and experience at the repair shop. Paid $550 to have my pro clarinet overhauled. Upon receiving, the key rings are way too elevated (should be .5mm, pics show after my initial attempt to lower them myself) and Milano’s couldn’t be bothered to even clean off all the polishing compound (pic showing just a few examples of the issues). While I could have left the horn so they could have corrected these problems, I live too far away and it should have been done correctly to begin with.

I've been going to Milanos for over 20 years. Every time I go visit I get great and friendly customer service. Full of cool stuff and knowledgeable staff. Matt in drums helped me out on my last visit. I'm always in the drum section but they have literally everything there for all types of musicians. Keep up the good work everyone.

This is a great shop with very helpful and communicative staff. Despite not being local, I was easily able to ask questions about a particular trombone and ultimately purchase it over the phone and text. Nicole was very patient and quick to answer any questions I had and to get the instrument boxed up and shipped very quickly. I received the trombone yesterday and it's exactly what I was hoping for. It was packaged very well and the instrument is in perfect condition. Excellent purchase from excellent people!

Just received my new B&S 795 CC tuba from Milano Music and I couldn't be happier! Nicole and her team were great at answering questions and helping throughout the entire process. Great music store with a wide selection of instruments and accessories for classical musicians...which can be tough to find!

Today was my first time visiting Milano Music. My experience was fantastic. There was such a variety of instruments! There was a wall full of trumpets, another of saxophones, a huge display of ukuleles and of course lots of guitars. The staff was super helpful too. I was there to get an instrument repaired. When I met the repair team, I was very impressed. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me great information.
