Absolutely horrible. His communication was dismal at best. I had to repeatedly contact him for updates because what he said would take 2 months took over 6. Not because the courts, because he just wasn’t doing anything. Even after I told him I shouldn’t have to contact him every month to find out what’s going on and he promised to actually contact me, still nothing. The little I did hear from him I just got lies and excuses. I paid way too much for this. I would not recommend him at all.

Tim was wonderful at communicating - he laid out all possible outcomes and walked me through all my options and was able to bring down my charge. He was very responsive and him and Margaret were on top of everything (especially when the courts made a clerical error). Couldn’t recommend anymore!!

I needed an attorney for a reckless driving charge. I live out of state and had no idea who to call. I Googled attorney's and found Tim Milios. What a Blessing! Tim had a standard charge for a reckless driving case. No extra money, no matter how much time, one charge. Tim was responsive to requests for information and was professional at all times. His client did not follow through on some court ordered classes and didn't show up for court on two separate occasions. Tim never charged extra money, never stopped working the case, and stopped giving us his best. Eventually the charge was reduced. We were very please with Tim, his firm, and the outcome of our case. I give Tim my highest recommendation!
