Cozy studio that is home to many small businesses and organizations. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I come here often for the Huntsville Swing Dance Society classes and social dances. Highly recommend if you enjoy dancing or want to get into it!
Mill Kat Studio hosts Swing Dancing lessons which is the best $10-15 I've spent on dancing lessons. Everyone there is welcoming to newcomers like me, especially the owner who has an adorable small dog I get to play with sometimes. It doesn't get better than that.

Kat is an excellent yoga instructor. She thoroughly explains the movements, she adjusts poses according to your skill level and does not judge. She pushes you to improve but is also understanding when you just are feeling it. She will also provide specific exercises to target various sore muscles or other problems. Kat is also a well trained and knowledgeable massage therapist. She has a nice touch and will address specific issues with skill.
