This dog care service has been wonderful! They reached out right away when they went under new ownership, and are incredibly kind. They check in weekly for walks, which is great because my work schedule requires a lot of commuting and sometimes last-minute changes. Even when I need to bring my dog with me, they’re super understanding and accommodating. I’ve had Patricia as my main dog walker, and she’s amazing. Her communication is excellent and she never forgets to send pictures and is always helpful whenever I need anything. We even came up with a system that makes it easier for everyone to access my apartment, and overall, my dog loves her. They really make my life easier. I do the 20-walk package, which has been perfect for my schedule and my dog’s happiness. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional dog care!
