I paid up front for an entire week $230. My dog stayed one night. I felt uncomfortable with another dog that was coming and there was no proper separation in case of a fight and canceled trip. She said she would return my money the next day because she had already paid a bill. I called, texted. No answer, no call back.. I've never had to pay upfront at any boarding place. I'm very upset. I hate when people are dishonest.
