Dr Serge and his staff are absolutely amazing. They deeply care about you and your health. Always there to help with any concern. I’ve been going for several months and Dr Serge has been right on target with many issues. Always getting to the root cause and not just a quick fix. If you are having any health conditions and can’t get answers, give Mind Body & Solutions a call. I’m so thankful I did !!

I’ve been seeing Mechelle at Mind and Body for a few months now, and she has helped me tremendously. I learn something new at every visit and I’m happy to be getting to the root causes of my health issues. The NRT testing has been so vital in finding out just what my body wants/needs and helping me know exactly what I should/shouldn’t put inside! Everyone is kind and helpful and makes you feel cared for. I’m looking forward to continuing my health journey and feeling better in the months ahead.

I have been on a heath journey since April 2024. It wasn’t until I started at Mind Body Solutions in June 2025, I learned so much about my body. Mechelle Fisher has been a huge help with this. I have learned (from testing my food) what food causes my inflammation and what I should be eating. Not only have I seen my energy increase but my blood pressure has stayed in the normal range. Mind Body Solutions has given me a new outlook on my health!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Mind Body Solution. Dr Delgado is caring and always takes the time to answer my questions. In the 2 sessions I’ve had I leave feeling more focused, and encouraged to keep going with my health journey. It’s made a real difference in how I manage stress and take care of myself. When I came to MBS, I had several concerns that were affecting my daily life, and I really wanted a holistic approach that included lifestyle changes. I was amazed by all the positive reviews — and now I know why! When I first arrived, I was skeptical. Even though I’ve worked with a holistic doctor since 2018, I’d never heard of Nutrition Response Therapy. Watching it in action only deepened my curiosity and hesitation.
