Carly is exceptional! Warm, kind, and truly professional from start to finish. Every detail is perfect — even the pillows were infused with lavender essential oil. She respects the full session time and makes you feel completely taken care of. I walked out utterly relaxed. An outstanding experience. Thank you, Carly!

Kait is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to. That is saying a lot as I grew up in the spa industry and have had many many massages throughout my life. Her techniques and awareness of the body and its needs are impressive! She is extremely sweet and has such a positive energy. I am so glad I found her! Highly recommend!

I've been meaning to write a review, but wanted to have a few massages first to be sure. I don't know how many I've had now, but I go every 3 weeks. Carly gives the best massages I've ever had, and I've had a ton to compare her against. I had spinal fusion for scoliosis as a teenager. I always feel better after seeing her. Her style is so different from other massage therapists I've seen, and that's a good thing because I've had more than a few lackluster massages across Virginia. Every time I go, I fall into a trance like state. I'll be going every 3 weeks for as long as she's around!!!

I recently had the chance to reconnect with Carly for a much needed massage. I have known Carly for many years, but I live on the Peninsula, so I don’t get down her way as often as I’d like, and it was a pleasure to see her again. I am a routine deep tissue massage therapy client in my home neighborhood, but I’ve always loved Carly’s massage style. She spends a lot of time stretching and loosening connective tissue before working down into the musculature. She also maintains continuous movement, even over the toughest knots. As a result, there’s a lot less pain inflicted at the time of the massage, and just as importantly, a few days later (when deep tissue work can remind you where you’ve been). I’ve never had post-massage pain after a session with Carly. A massage with Carly, even one with deep tissue effectiveness, is not only pain free, it’s positively luxurious. And here’s the best part: Carly is a beautiful person. She’s caring, compassionate, cheerful, calm, earth-wise, and fully engaged. She envelops massage clients in her aura, and one can’t help but bask in her light. You will love her massage, but I’d be greatly surprised if you don’t also love her soul. I recommend scheduling your visit with her soon. I’ve already re-scheduled mine! Namaste.
