DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I brought a dress in for a wedding that needed to be hemmed for length because I saw they had great reviews. When I picked up the dress, there was a hole in the front of the dress that looked like it had been burned. I asked about the hole and the woman tried to say she didn’t do it however I brought the dress in completely new never washed or worn. I also have pictures which I will be uploading. They made me pay before the alterations which I show have known was a red flag. No tailor has ever asked me to do this. They also were extremely rude when I asked about the whole and said they did not do it. I’m not one to post reviews but I needed to get my story out. They refused to help me in any way and refused a refund. Now I have to buy a entirely new dress. Would not recommend using their services!! I only asked for a refund for the tailor as the dress was clearly damaged from being steamed. I have to buy a brand new dress now so this is why I asked for a refund on the alterations. They did take the dress from my hands but I asked for it back. I was also never given the opportunity to re-try the dress on when I picked it up.

I’ve gotten a few different things altered here from suits to dress shirts to vests, etc. Everything always comes out great and the service is quick and detailed. They did my wedding suit and I loved it. They’re friendly toward everyone and made me feel very comfortable. Very professional!

I was very upset. I wanted embellishment added to my dress. The seamstress left all the mesh visible. I had to make my own adjustments in order to wear the dress. Money wasted!

Incredibly quick turn around literally saved our wedding day from my husband being without a suit! After seeing poor alterations by the suit company we decided to cancel last minute and bring his suit to mihns. He did a thorough job in a very small timeframe! Very pleased

I came here a few weeks ago and paid over 270 bucks to make alterations to some suits and was told that they would be ready on 12/19. I never received a call or anything so I came back a week later to check in on how my suits were doing and they had not been touched or altered at all. I asked for a refund because it really seemed like they had forgotten about my suits despite all the extra time they had. They then began lying to me saying they had already done alterations to it so I told them to show me where. They became speechless and just kept repeating “please, we’ll have it done”. The truth was my suits were untouched hanging on the rack. I told them it’s fine, I just want a refund so I can take my suits somewhere else. They then finally agreed to giving me a refund but were refusing to refund the tax they taxed me. Horrible customer service. Family run store by a couple of liars who try to make a buck off of you whenever they can. I’m really glad I asked for a refund cause after posting my review and reading so many others, it seems like they used to be a good store to go to, but for the past several months, they’ve forgotten about orders and on top of that, have made many mistakes on the clothes they have tailored. I’m glad I dodged a bullet and highly recommend you look into the recent reviews before you dump a few hundred dollars into tailoring your clothes. Oh, and they’ll also charge you more to fix a mistake they did!
