One of my absolutely favorite wedding venues in St. Paul to photograph.The location is premiere in the sense that you get all the incredible aesthetics that a riverside city has to offer (gorgeous skyline, sounds of water, historic building, accessiblity) but it is accompanied by the privacy of a lush, verdant seclusion because of the island that it sits upon. I am in love with photographing here, if you have to opportunity to make some photographs of your couple at night make sure you peruse the island and use some of the street lights and skyline ambiance to illuminate your subjects.

This is a great location for a medium size wedding. We had 75 people and it was plenty of space. We were able to do our own decorations and hang garland ourselves with no issues. The venue was awesome to work with and has everything you need. Everyone commented on how unique and perfect the location was for a wedding. It is within walking distance of downtown.

Ah the most beautiful place for rowing, getting married, hosting events. What other place can beat this place in the middle of the Mississippi, on the raspberry island, next to the Harriet island. The boat club has 151 years of rowing history on the Mississippi

Love photographing weddings at the Minnesota Boat Club! It's such a unique venue on the river right here in the Twin Cities with so many great photography options!
