I don't know why we always went to Merced Heights Park when apparently we're closer to Minnie & Lovie. Maybe because I used to think this was an exclusive park due to how nice it is but I'm glad we made the stroll today and will be coming here instead from now on! Great quality public park! There's something for everybody!

Parking is challenging but worth the effort as it has a well kept turf and good lighting. Sunsets are also very beautiful at this location.

I been in this neighborhood since 72. Park is best it's ever been. Hope they tax all those people that come to our park and use our fields and probably don't even live in the City

Beautiful facility but no parking. I couldn’t watch my grandson play soccer. Won’t go again

This has been a place where relax and have fun since I have been in the area. When I first started coming here it was open seven days a week which was the best because I was able to play basketball whenever I wanted. Back in the day the field used to be dirt before it was renovated to turf. I always enjoyed coming here because it was close by, I would hoop (Play basketball) anywhere from three to five hours a day. Then during the school days and summer time I was still able to hoop in the mornings before their private activities took place in the gym. I met a lot of good people here that I can call my friends.A lot of great memories and sweat was left behind on the courts here. Ever since I started working long periods, I still make a visit here once in a awhile with friends to have some friendly runs at the basketball court here. The area is safe, during the weekdays the soccer/baseball field is filled with kids and families for their private programs. Also they have outdoor basketball courts on the upper side along with a tennis court. I highly recommend this place to all athletes, for anyone who wants a cardio workout or if you just want a place to relax for a piece of mind. I definitely will be back and this is a place I can call close to home.
