I highly recommend this company. Wayne is the best! Minute Man has been my one and only printer for more than twenty years and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. We have multiple restaurants with constant printing needs—menus, display posters, business cards, letterhead and envelopes. There is no one better!! Steven is great, too!! I can’t say enough positive things about this company and not a single negative.

I called over the holidays to get something printed and was told each step of the way that it wouldn't be possible because of the holidays, staffing, etc. I was patient and at least once in the process my graphic designer had not sent the assets. I told the people I spoke to that it would be OK if it's done after the holiday, my graphic designer said that he sent the assets. The client went to inquire about the print a few weeks after Christmas and they said they had never heard of this. All good because it was holidays, very busy- and at least once I thought the assets were there and they weren't. Well let me tell you, out guy STEVE made sure that I he told me that he'd never even HEARD of this project before. I assure him that I was not looking to blame anyone and just wanted them to check for the assets and we could just proceed. I said it's Christmas it's busy understandable. STEVE wanted me to know that No, there was no mistake made, and that NO ONE HAD EVER discussed this order with him. Steve let me know several times that there are MM presses everywhere and that it is a franchise and I must be mistaken. Once again I assured Steve that I was not looking to blame anyone. With the hostility on the phone I told Steve that I'll look for another printer in the area, Steve thought that was an EXCELLENT idea. My business partner called back and spoke to WAYNE. Wayne made sure to let him know that he was the manager, he would not put Steve on the phone, and asserted that- although I had not spoken to him at all- that I was the one who GOT RUDE FIRST. Anyway most of the other people here look like they had a great experience- I can not say the same, and I'll refrain from assuming a book about a little Black Girls Hair wasn't the reason there was so much vitriol over this printing project.

We are so happy and satisfied with the service they provided. We had 500 4x6 flyers printed. I did a lot of research with local printing services as well as Fedex, staples and Office Depot but Minuteman Press provided the quickest, most affordable, and best quality option. If you are looking to print flyers, brochures, stickers, and many other things check out Minuteman Press! Customer service is 10/10! And Quality is 10/10!
