Overall a pleasant experience with the team over at Mirror Image. Johnathon, the owner, was very personable and let me know what i could realistically expect after the ceramic application. He explained why they use the products they use. He left me with a peace of mind that the process would go smoothly. Sterling did an awesome job polishing my vehicle and applying the ceramic coating. He reached out to me prior to scheduling to gather all relevant details about my vehicle and gave appropriate suggestions of the direction we should go. He kept me updated throughout the process and left my Mustang Mach E looking clean and mean! There was fog the next day and all the water beaded up and rolled right off as expected. I will definitely recommend the team here at Mirror Image and will be back to have them do my other vehicle.

First rate job done by the crew at Mirror Image. John was very helpful in scheduling my Ceramic coating and detail service, even when I got lost the morning of. He answered any questions I had about the service and how to best take care of my investment. However, the best was yet to come. A little over 4 hours later I was called to come and pick up my 2024 Volvo XC60. I walked into Mirror Image and was totally blown away and in awe! My vehicle looked better than the day I bought it just 4 months ago. I had never seen a car so shiny except in car shows and showrooms and this was MY car. I will be recommending Mirror Image to anyone and everyone that compliments the look of my vehicle. (And I know they will.) Thanks again to the crew at Mirror Image you guys are experts at your craft and made me very happy.

John and Armando are amazing, they were very helpful and went above and beyond with customer service and made my truck look amazing, went in initially to get ppf installed on my headlights and decided to get them to detail and ceramic coat my truck while they had it! Best decision I made, look forward to having them detail my truck again this upcoming month!
