We could not be more happy with the care that Ms. Kitty's takes of Billie Jean. We have used their boarding services and their grooming services and both are top notch! She even had a special Thanksgiving meal this year while she was there for the week while we were out of town! They send photos and answer texts and phone calls if you ever have them. I truly would give them 10 stars if I could!

Miss Kitty’s Dog Resort is absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and they truly care about each pup. My dog isn’t crate trained, and he had only boarded once before, so I was a little nervous. The staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable—he even fell asleep on the nanny! I loved that they offer 24-hour webcams, so I could check on him anytime, and they were always happy to answer calls or texts for updates. They even sent me a picture of him peacefully napping, which put me completely at ease. From making the reservation to picking him up, the entire experience was excellent. I can’t recommend Miss Kitty’s enough!

LOVE THIS PLACE. My sweet girl WILL be a frequent flyer. LOVE the web cams, I got to see her playing with her new friends. AND COME ON 24/7 care!!! THAT is beyond! I couldn't ask for more. She might wish for bon bons, but other wise nope this place is the BOMB DIGIDY!

Miss Kitty's is the absolute best!!! My boys have been with them for years now - mostly in Euro Boarding & they love it! They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. We've even seen some of the employees randomly out in Nashville & the boys run to them because they know & love them! I always want my boys with me but when they can't be, there are no hands more capable than Miss Kitty's! I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough Miss Kitty’s. They have taken care of Mr. Hank for long boarding on many occasions for vacations or business trips. They provide great care for Mr. Hank. They always make a fuss over him when he arrives, I get plenty of pictures with him playing with other dogs, and he gets a great bath before returning home. Just a great experience for both of us. I appreciate the care and great customer service. Thanks to everyone at Miss Kitty’s. You guys are great!
