We did the Cold Case room this evening as a group with Alex. The friendliest customer service! 10/10 he made our experience! We look forward to coming back and definately want Alex again!

We were a group of 5 experienced escape room player (probably around 50 rooms played now) and we did 2 rooms: Cold Case and Overdose. Puzzles: There was a mix of mechanical puzzles and traditional locks. The standard of puzzles was really high, they had a great mix! We had one really fiddly puzzle in Overdose that wasn't as fun to do but overall great puzzles in both rooms. Decor: Decor was good, not the highest standard we've seen but it wasn't bad. There were a few tired looking spots. Location-building: It was really easy to get to and theres a huge car park to park in. The shop front is tiny so you might miss it on first glance. Also the industrial estate still had the old name on the list of units. The reception room was a bit small - it would struggle with multiple big groups. But it also had arcade machines so bonus for that. Other: The staff were great, super friendly. We loved seeing the leaderboard and knowing what time to aim towards! Clue system was walkie-talkie. There was a great time breakdown of puzzles after you'd done the room which was awesome to see where you were doing well (or bad!). We also really loved the secondary objective in Overdose - just something extra to do! This place also has badges!! I love badges! Overall: We really liked the rooms here at Missing Klues but they didn't resonate with us as being the best of the best. I think it's hard to meet the same standards as Riddle Rooms and Escape Rooms Canberra.

Great experience. The room was well designed. A good variety of puzzles and some cool metrics based on your group size at the end to see how well you did. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating for some silly Americans. Definitely going to come back for some more rooms here the next time I'm in Canberra

Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. The room was very good. I’ve seen better decorated rooms, but the puzzles were spot on. Lots of fun with a good range of difficulty. Not a single puzzle felt gimmicky or impossible to solve. Wide range of styles of puzzles. The per puzzle time breakdown at the end was something I’ve never seen and thought was a really nice touch. Only improvement would maybe be a better decorated room… but to be fair the style of that room was more simple anyways. So hard to complain. 9.5 out of ten. Would definitely do more rooms with them. I’ve down about 40 rooms and this is a top 5 for sure.

Its a small hidden away escape room, can be little hard to find as its nestled between a bunch of car repair shops. Consider finding the front door your first challenge ;) The host was super cheerful and helpful, (I think it was the owner), they are currently expanding and will have more rooms soon. Great place for an hour of escape room fun.
