I was having an ongoing issue with my Samsung phone’s charging port—it never felt secure when plugged in. The shop provided a very professional inspection and repair, and the owner took the time to explain the issue clearly. What impressed me the most was that he didn’t charge me anything. His honesty and sincerity were truly refreshing and very contagious. I really appreciate the help and highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs phone repair services!

**Update** The team has since reached out to me regarding my experience, and I truly appreciate how the supervisor handled the situation. They were apologetic, polite, and took ownership of what had occurred. I was notified that the individual who most likely worked on my computer was a technician who, at the time, was accumulating a number of negative experiences and let go from the company a couple of months ago as a result. The supervisor offered multiple options to rectify the situation and ensured I felt heard throughout the process. If I could put zero stars I would. This place diagnosed my computer with a laundry list of issues that cost me upwards of $400 in the beginning. Then they found another issue to do with the windows operating system which would be an additional cost. As a student this was out of my budget and I became skeptical of all the issues. I called them and said I was on my way to pick up my computer, and not to do any further work than what was originally quoted. When I got to the place I was told they miraculously fixed the operating system issue (interesting timing). After getting home I realized every single screw from the bottom of my laptop was gone. I called, went back in and was told that I originally dropped it off with no screws which was completely untrue, I didn't even own a screwdriver to fit that size. I don't understand what they get from lying but this was beyond an unpleasant experience. 0/10 would not recommend. Save your money and save yourself the unnecessary stress. Very questionable business they're running.
