Beware of this location - if you leave a bad review he will then gaslight you, talk over you and then literally threaten to refuse any future packages that come in for your address - all because You leave an unhappy review Telling them to update their Google hours! He kept Talking over me and I just kept Asking him to stop and please give me my package. This man is full of himself and treats customers terribly if you are unhappy. I will never be going here again after this experience. If you cannot take feedback from your customers you shouldn’t be in business.

I do not believe this store should continue handling FedEx deliveries. This is the second time I have experienced issues with packages dropped off here. On both occasions, the owner deflected responsibility entirely onto FedEx and was dismissive when concerns were raised. While he was polite enough in person, the tone and attitude shifted quickly once a problem arose. If a business chooses to act as a FedEx drop-off location, it also accepts a basic responsibility to assist customers when issues occur, rather than refusing engagement. Based on repeated experiences, I would not recommend using this location for FedEx deliveries. **Edit / response: Your response is confusing and does not address the issue. I did not drop anything off at your store. FedEx redirected my package to your location without my request, making your business the designated FedEx drop-off and pickup point for this delivery. Whether your primary business is computer repair or not is irrelevant in this context. By participating as a FedEx drop-off location, you are representing FedEx services to customers whose packages are routed to you. Telling customers to “contact FedEx” while dismissing the issue and questioning their identity is not helpful and comes across as unprofessional. I am still attempting to resolve a missing package that was sent to your location, and your response has not provided clarity or assistance. A FedEx partner location should be able to acknowledge the situation and help guide customers appropriately rather than deflect responsibility entirely.
