The worst mobile shop i have ever seen. This polo park branch is worst. They don't want to do job after warranty has been paid for. They took down my initial review. People should be careful of this particular shop. Customer service is bad.

I’ve been a loyal Mobial Klinic customer for years and have bought several phones here after bad experiences buying used ones elsewhere. I even paid extra for their protection plan to cover screen replacements. When my screen finally broke, the staff were polite and didn’t try to deny the warranty — but that’s where the positives end. They told me it would take over a month to repair my phone. That’s ridiculous for a simple screen replacement, especially when the part was already in stock. It really feels like they use these long repair times to push people toward buying a new phone instead of honoring the warranty in a reasonable time. I even offered to take the replacement screen and fix it myself (knowing it would void the warranty), but they refused, saying only employees can do repairs. I jokingly offered to be hired just to fix it, but was told they’re not allowed to hire anyone new — despite being so backed up. Liam, the manager, seemed genuinely frustrated and said he doesn’t have much say in how things are run, since Telus controls most of the operations. It’s disappointing to see a good local manager stuck in a system that seems focused on selling new phones instead of helping existing customers. Bottom line: the warranty might technically cover repairs, but don’t expect timely service. Be prepared to wait a month or more — or to feel pressured into buying another phone.

I had taken my phone in to have my screen replaced. I was told possibly one week maybe two, it was done the next day! Great job! They know their stuff, and don’t promise anything that’s impossible!

Great great service!! Two wonderful experiences! I had a younger friend who was new to Canada and was not able to get a contract but they came up with a creative solution to make it happen and recently I had my charging port a bit dirty and they cleaned it with no charge! Outstanding service!

Went in for a cheap mobile plan but ended up getting dragged into a second hand phone plan! The phone had many issues. I had to go back to get it replaced! They did not even have anything right away and told me they will call me back when the phone arrives! No one called for over 10 days! I ended up calling them and eventually got the phone exchanged! Spent over 2 hours even this time! The very next day same issue appeared again on the second phone too! I don’t trust their devices anymore!! Better go somewhere else and get a brand new phone with good deals! I am compelled to give one star!
