Brought my brand new Samsung device in for a inner screen repair, Samsung told me this was covered under warranty. Was told by the manager Liam that it would be covered by warranty again. Waited over a month for parts that I was told would ship in 2 weeks, when I brought the phone in to be repaired I was told I would not be warrantied by Samsung. Leave upset call Samsung and they take the phone and fix it under warranty via mail. All I have to say is maybe don't work at a phone repair shop if you don't know how phones and their warranties work. I will never bring business back to this awful company and its workers. Beware when dealing with them that they don't pull the same stunt.

Incredibly weird place, don't recommend. Bought the charger from them 1,5 months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. I took the charger back. No, there's no returns, no there's no exchanges, I could buy another charger again, with no guarantees, no return policies, no exchanges. Yes, problem may be with my phone, but maybe not, she doesn't know, yes, she can take the phone to do repairs, no there's will be no guarantee on that repair. So, all the solutions I was offered: Spend another 50$ and receive useless piece of plastic that doesn't do anything. Or, Spend 100$ and receive.... nothing. Complete waste of money and time.
