I’ve been going to this Carwash for quite a while and I even had a membership for several months but yesterday I took my car in to have it washed inside and out and when I got home, I noticed that there was dirty salt water all over the passenger seat near the door, which I wasn’t able to see when I first got inside, and that there was some kind of yellow slop that was on the glass of them Sunroof on the outside of the car just wasn’t very clean. I called twice to see if I could have them finish cleaning up the car, but no one ever returned my calls. I’ll go somewhere else to get my car washed for $40 bucks.

Sold on the mirror shine platinum wash and got told after the wash they retract the brushes on jeeps. Mud and bugs are still on my jeep. Local gas station car wash actually pressure washes the truck. Your little tunnel of soap & brushes isn't enough. You need to wash the cars. Downtowner was better at this. He offered to wipe it off but clearly this is beyond wiping off.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Mr. Car Wash in St. Paul! From the moment I called to inquire about getting my Jeep—equipped with a bike rack and rooftop tent—washed, I was met with exceptional service. Christian promptly returned my call, asking the right questions to ensure my vehicle could go through the wash, and reassured me it would be just fine. When I arrived, the welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Christian personally greeted me and assured me that his team would take excellent care of my Jeep. True to his word, they meticulously cleaned both the interior and exterior, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect. The friendly atmosphere made me feel like a VIP throughout the entire process. I can't recommend Mr. Car Wash enough for all your vehicle cleaning needs! They truly go above and beyond to provide stellar service. Five stars all the way!

Horrrible! Never again I spent $45 on car wash and interior. I have to say that I could’ve done a way better job myself. They Clearly did not spray or wipe the interior of my car, I usually keep up with my car pretty well, so the amount of work that they would need to clean wasn’t very much. I specifically requested that they vacuum some of the dog hair in my trunk and be sure to spray and wipe the doors because of shoe marks, They left dust on my dash and didn’t even vacuum my cupholder. The carpet was not throughly vacuum. It was less than 15 minutes. I was in there waiting. They clearly did not wipe down the backseat either.

Horrible horrible wash results. I spent $44 for extra details and left with smeared and not cleaned windows, dirt and grime left on the dash and center console. The tires were still filthy and the outside of the car did not get entirely clean which pictures could not pick up. the only reason they got 2stars is because the gentleman that checked me in was very happy, smiley and explained the packages so well.
