The wash was okay, but they charged us twice. The lady helping backed out of the first transaction and said it canceled the payment. Then a guy came out and said it was canceled and payment was pending and would go back on card made us re pay for the wash. However next day both transactions got approved wouldn’t you want to have great customer service and just send someone through the wash without second payment instead of risking taking their money twice. Now it’s wasting my time having to get figured out. Very disappointed

If you don’t pay for monthly unlimited they do not even waste their precious time spraying off your car. Even a single wash is very expensive so they really should treat all of their customers fairly. Ridiculous

Great experience at Mister Car Wash! The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, and the wash itself was quick but very thorough. My car came out looking spotless, especially the wheels and windshield. I also really like how efficient everything is you’re in and out without feeling rushed. Definitely one of the best car wash spots around. I’ll be coming back!

Im so happy this location is finally open! I had such a positive experience with them even when they were slammed they still showed very nice customer service and very fast and convenient! They have a very solid team everyone seemed to be happy to be there and very friendly with each other and they have without a doubt the best store in Spokane! I will only be coming here from here on out!
